The synopsis is fully written. I just need to find the time to flesh it out. The chance to catch a bridal bouquet containing a solid gold rose makes underprivileged, down-on-her-luck grad student Marietta Wilson pawn everything she owns to come up with a bid to win a bridesmaid spot in the most prestigious wedding of the season. When he discovers his sister is auctioning off bridesmaid spots in her wedding party, wealthy, elitist Chip Vandermere is appalled.
Not only is it in poor taste, but no self-respecting lady would stoop so low as to bid. Convinced Marietta is a gold digger, Chip sets out to thwart her plans. A social climber and a social misfit. Can a bridal bouquet unite them?
Marietta Wilson dropped the mail and her one hundred and fifty dollar business marketing book on her desk, then sank onto the desk chair with a sigh. Life in New York would be expensive. With all the drama happening at home no way would she go back there.https://www.hiphopenation.com/mu-plugins/research/free-dating-site-ohio-usa.php
Welcoming Catherine Castle and A Groom for Mama | CAROLE ANN MOLETI
Scooping up an envelope, she studied the glittery pink heart adorning the tip of the closure. Who would send her something encased in such fancy wrappings? Junk mail was the usual fare. Intrigued, she flipped over the envelope. Her name and address, written in elaborate calligraphy, nearly filled the front side. Definitely not from a marketing company. Flowers of the same hue also surrounded the return label. A wedding invitation? Slipping the letter opener from the orange juice can she stored it in, Marietta slit the top of the envelope.
A rose-gold interior glistened from the flap. Without a doubt, not junk mail. She withdrew a piece of flat cardstock. As she did, glossy flowers showered onto her lap.
The Nun and the Narc
She turned the card in her hand. Rose-gold flowers bordered it as well. Shiny, embossed flowers. Time: p. Place: The Vandermere Estate. Light refreshments will be served. Chrissy is auctioning off a chance to be an attendant in her wedding. Chrissy guarantees one of the bridesmaids will catch the bouquet,. I enjoyed your first one, and this one looks like a wonderful read too. Thanks for coming by.
Wendy, Thanks for the sweet compliment.

Pin It on Pinterest. Did you enjoy this? My first novel was a love story about a teenage girl and the male movie star she adored. Naturally, in my mind, I was the girl and my favorite TV star of the era was the hero. I still have the handwritten pages, bound in one of those paper notebooks we had to cover high school term papers in way back when.
Even though I liked to write, I never really thought about it as a career until around It was mostly poetry back then, and I did manage to get one piece of poetry published, along with a slew of rejections. In , I wrote a gratis piece of non-fiction for the local weekly newspaper about a new building project our church was doing. Maybe I am a writer. Shaking in my boots, I approached the newspaper editor and asked what I needed to do to become a stringer for the paper.
I realize, now, that writing was probably the career I missed out on in my youth. I was a freelancer for about fourteen years, working part-time, and during that time I had over articles and numerous photographs published in local newspapers and Christian and secular magazines. Bolstered by my non-fiction writing success, I started pursuing fiction writing during my freelancing days, and around I began to concentrate solely on fiction. I believe the key to success is never giving up.
The right publisher and editor is out there for every book. The Nun and the Narc , currently available as an ebook from Amazon, is my first published book. The book will also be available later form Barnes and Noble, Amazon, and Soul Mate Publishing as an ebook and print version later this year.
The Nun and the Narc is an inspirational romantic suspense that I hope readers of all faiths and walks of life will enjoy. Where novice Sister Margaret Mary goes, trouble follows. When she barges into a drug deal the local Mexican drug lord captures her. Escape back to the nunnery is imperative, but life at the convent, if she can still take her final vows, will never be the same. She hampers his escape plans with her compulsiveness and compassion and in the process makes Jed question his own beliefs.
To lure her away from the church would be unforgivable—to lose her unbearable. Besides writing, Catherine Castle loves traveling, singing, and attending theatre. In the winter she loves to quilt and has a lot of UFOs unfinished objects in her sewing case. In the summer her favorite place to be is in her garden.
